You may be on diet while doing regular fasting. You will find that you are exhausted and fatigued, after a few days. If you are on an occasional diet schedule like skipping your lunch, you will find having your dinner with double dose of every thing. This leaves dieting and fasting meaningless.

Well these are the common mistakes we all do while trying to loose weight. Hence, a few common mistakes are listed here which should be noted by everyone concerned.

Missing your breakfast

Last night you have decided that you will go without breakfast tomorrow morning. However, by 11 or 11.30 in the morning next day, you feel let down, hungry and ready to bite anything that you can lay your hands on. It is justified also, as you have not eaten anything for the last 15 to 16 hours. A huge gap has given rise to all those harmful oxidants and acids that are responsible for your stomach to bulge with gas.

This means that breakfast is necessary. If you want to be fit and healthy while having a slim body, skip lunch and not the breakfast.

No junk food

Always stay away from junk food as it is one of the most commonly made mistakes people do avoid eating. However, junk food leaves on with more toxins, and appetite for more junk. Instead, have fruits, fresh vegetables and salads. Green and natural things will help you a lot to stay fit and full without gaining body weight..

Too much of a gap between two meals

As said earlier we have already a huge gap in between two meals caused by the natural rest that we are supposed to take during the night. However, It is very much advisable to eat every three to four hours in small quantities. Fasting or not eating any thing for long periods is yet another mistake we all commit while following a healthy eating regimen.

Eating your full

Eating your meals until the stomach is more than full is a mistake, which we should never commit. It is better to leave at least one third to one fourth of our stomach empty while we take any of our meals. This way we will not have any gastric problems and we will feel to be lighter with n active body and mind.

Suppressing your hunger

If you suppress your hunger or treat it by taking junk food, it will cause more toxins and harmful oxidants in our system. This in turn will result in our body metabolism being slowed down, thereby the accumulation of body fat will activate in fast manner. This will result in more craving for junk food while we try to avoid the healthy meals for the sake of fasting and dieting.
